As the hours passed and the sun began to set, the weather took an unexpected turn, with surroundings in a thick fog. By 9:00 PM, my friend and I had already drifted off to sleep, lost in the world of social media. Suddenly, the tranquility of the night was shattered by the resounding boom of thunder, jolting me awake with a start. The lightning that followed was like a blinking dim light, casting spooky shadows in the darkness.
