The Morning Walk 🌞
💚Reflecting on the Journey 🌲
The feeling of an early morning walk embraces me from nature itself. As the dawn broke through the darkness it made me feel that everything is possible in our life it is just our thinking that makes it impossible. While I inhale fresh air it fills my lungs and exhales the unwanted air, stimulating my body and mind with a positive energy. With each step I took from beneath the tree I felt cool and it gave me peace of mind. The sound of my footsteps blending with the chirping of birds creates a musical tune with soothing music. As I walked, I could feel the deep connection of the earth that is under my feet, rooting me in the present moments and reminding the simple joys of life. It also makes me eliminate the worries and stress and replace them with a sense of gratitude for surrounding me with a lovely life.
Moreover, with time, I feel more alive and I am fully engrossed with the rhythm of nature. The morning walk becomes a mindfulness walk which makes me reflect, breathe, and simply become observant. As I returned hostel, refreshed and re-energized, I carried the essence of the morning walk which reminded me of the peace and beauty that exist within and around me just living in the present moments, waiting to discover new each day. 😊
